Heart Rate Monitor
Suunto X3HR displays the average heart rate in real-time throughout the training session, which makes training level management easier than ever before. The possibility to compare the instant heart rate with the average is especially practical in sports where heart rate varies a lot, such as biking and cross country skiing in a hilly terrain.
The graphic display of the current heart rate in relation to the target zone is a feature that helps you control the training intensity even when training within the target zone limits.
For post-performance assessment, Suunto X3HR stores data on training duration; average, minimum and maximum heart rate. It also stores up to 10 laps and the heart rate for each training session, and memorizes the data regarding the last 8 training sessions.
Altimeter
Knowing the impact of altitude and topographic factors on heart rate helps you find the ideal training level or the most suitable hiking pace. For post-performance assessment, Suunto X3HR stores data on cumulative ascent and descent, and the highest and lowest altitude in the training session.
Barometer
When traveling in the wilderness, safety comes first. Suunto X3HR has many features that enable safe and responsible hiking. While the altimeter supports navigation and gives you necessary information when you are on the move in nature Suunto X3 HR’s barometer and thermometer help you estimate the weather conditions.

Compact, lightweight and stylish, Suunto X3HR also functions perfectly as a regular wristwatch. Suunto X3HR watch functions include 1 daily alarm, calendar, stopwatch and interval timer.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund as soon as we get the returned item.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Once Return Authorization is given please return the item within 14 days. No packages will be accepted once the return period has expired.
Shipping
We ship only to continental US, Alaska & Hawaii address. We do not ship to P.O.Box, APO/FPO address or make any International shipments.
All orders are processed and shipped in 48 HR period once the payment is approved and received.
All orders are shipped with Priority Mail service ( 2-3 days ) Some areas it takes an additional day ( Hawaii, Alaska and rural areas ). Please also consider that Sundays and Holidays will delay the delivery.
