2. If you intend to return the watch, please do not wear it, do not adjust band or remove links from bracelet.
3. Contact us first within 7 days of receiving the watch.
4. Make sure to include the original box, warranty and instruction papers with the watch.
5. We cannot refund your original shipping charges.
6. As soon as we get the returned merchandise, we will issue refund and it will be credited to your credit card by Amazon.com
7. Altivo Timepieces offers 30 Day store warranty. If problems arise after 30 days, then the manufacturers warranty will apply.
